China Health Resource Forwards Final Termsheet for Acquision of Herborium Group
SUINING, China, June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Health Resource, Inc. (CHRI), today announced it has issued a final termsheet to Herborium Group (OTC Pinksheets: HBRM) and is now awaiting response from the Herborium Board of Directors.
